Welcome to XF Attractions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these terms.

XF Attractions is a local tour operator based in Agadir, Morocco.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed once:

• Full or partial payment is received, and
• You receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Customers must provide accurate contact and pickup information.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in EUR or MAD and may vary depending on the activity.

Some bookings may include:

• Full payment online, or
• Partial payment online with the remaining balance paid on the day of the activity.

Additional services, upgrades, or extras requested on the spot must be paid locally.

Example: upgrading from Double Quad to Solo Quad.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies follow our Refund Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity
• No refund for late cancellation or no-show
• No refund after activity completion

5. Pickup and Customer Responsibility

Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.

If the customer is not present or reachable, the activity may be canceled without refund.

Customers must provide a valid WhatsApp number for communication.

6. Health and Safety

Customers participate at their own risk.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.

XF Attractions is not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by failure to follow instructions
• Unsafe behavior by customers

7. Activity Modifications

XF Attractions reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Mechanical issues
• Events beyond our control

Customers will be offered an alternative or refund if applicable.

8. Personal Belongings

XF Attractions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Bookings made through:

• GetYourGuide
• Viator
• Tripadvisor

are also subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Website Use

All website content, including text and images, belongs to XF Attractions and may not be copied without permission.
