1. Introduction
At XF Attractions, we are committed to providing high-quality tours and experiences. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Free Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not show up at the agreed pickup time and location, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Late Arrival
If the customer is late and misses the activity, no refund will be provided.
However, we will try to reschedule depending on availability.
5. Changes Requested by Customer
Changes to booking date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Activity Changes or Cancellation by XF Attractions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify activities due to:
- Bad weather
- Safety reasons
- Technical problems
- Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date
7. Payments Made on the Spot
Any additional payments made on the spot for:
- Upgrades (example: Solo quad instead of Double quad)
- Extra services
- Optional activities
are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
8. Third-Party Bookings
If the booking was made through a third-party platform such as:
- GetYourGuide
- Viator
- Tripadvisor
their cancellation and refund policies may apply.
